I started Evolve somewhat on a whim. I was in a job where I was working long hours, feeling tired, getting regular migraines and losing my inspiration and passion fast. I woke up one day and thought ‘I need to do something different’.

That was the day I resigned, and the migraine I had had constantly for several weeks disappeared within a few hours!

A good sign, right?!

Evolve has been my passion project, my space for both personal and professional growth and is now an evolving platform for practitioners and students to find their passion.

Above all, it is a space where everyone that chooses can start to find their own creative path toward health, wellbeing and fulfilment.

This is my sincere hope and wish for every person I meet, whether it be on my treatment table, in my classroom or out on the street somewhere in this big beautiful world.
