Orders and Payments
When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. Our online payment system is managed by Square which is fully SSL encrypted and PCI compliant for optimum security.
Delivery charges (where applicable) are calculated and added to your order when you enter your delivery address. You are able to see the full charge before completing your purchase.
While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
evolvemanualtherapy.com.au offers shipping to any location within Australia posting via Sendle. We will endeavour to pack and ship your order within 3 – 5 working days however Sendle delivery times may vary depending on your location – and once your order is on its way, we take no responsibility for any delays due to Sendle’s delivery service.
Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these extra costs. We cannot be held responsible for any products damaged during transit because we take great care in packaging your products to reach you in perfect condition.

Order and Collection Service
We offer an online order and collection service. It’s simple, pre-order through our shop and select ‘pick up in store’ in the shopping cart. We will notify you via e-mail when your order is ready for collection and you can pick it up from the Evolve Manual Therapy clinic at 18 Kensington Road, Rose Park SA 5067.
Please choose your order carefully because we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. In the unlikely event of a faulty product being supplied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement.
