Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree from the University of South Australia in 2006. Since graduation, Emma has completed further post-graduate study in CranioSacral Therapy (via the Upledger Institute), The Feldenkrais Method®, Rhythmic Movement Training for primitive reflex integration and physiotherapy in the area of Gerontology. Emma has significant experience working in both paediatric and aged care community rehabilitation settings, familiar with both My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Emma is an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, previously holding the position of Chair and National Representative for the South Australian Gerontology Committee.
Emma’s passion for CranioSacral Therapy was ignited after observing and experiencing the profound impact and benefits of CST in not only herself but also for her family. Emma says “I feel privileged to be able to truly listen and connect with clients; to learn about what is happening in their lives; and to be able to support them from a whole mind-body perspective, so they can achieve their goals in a way that is meaningful to them.”
When not in clinic, Emma also works in a part-time capacity as a project consultant in areas including training, research and business development & improvement. Originally from the country, Emma enjoys wide open spaces, a good long black coffee and spending time with her gorgeous family and beloved staffy.
