Having completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, Elise specialises in sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapies. She has a strong background assisting clients from all walks of life in achieving better range of movement in their bodies and reducing pain.

Elise’s number one priority is assisting in helping people reach their health and wellbeing goals. Elise understands that, just like our vehicles, our bodies deserve the best maintenance and TLC.

Elise loves the natural world and is an avid scuba diver. She also loves travelling and dotes on her beloved cat.
