New beginnings . . .

To Our Evolve Community,

After 15 wonderful years, the time has come for Evolve Manual Therapy to transition into a new chapter. It is with a mix of sadness and also excitement for the future, that I share with you the Evolve clinic, in its current form, will be closing its doors on the 21st December, 2023.

Transitions such as these spark a time of reflection about what has been and what is to come. I am extremely proud of the space Evolve Manual Therapy has been for so many people to receive help and support on their health and wellness journey. I am also extremely proud of the platform it has been for so many practitioners to follow their passions in CranioSacral Therapy.

For me personally, it is time to embrace a new season in both my professional and personal life. As part of this, I will be transitioning to a solo practice in a beautiful new studio at:

As this chapter closes . . . I want to say thank you to every person who has been a member of the Evolve Team, who has worked with us as a business and who has walked through the blue door of 18 Kensington Road as a client. Evolve wouldn’t have been what it was without all of you.

At Evolve Manual Therapy, we work closely with your body’s own self-correction mechanisms in order to address the underlying cause of a problem and facilitate long term change. Our therapists use a variety of techniques and are highly trained in whole body physical assessment and treatment.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive modality that seeks to find and treat restrictions throughout the body systems. Restrictions within the CranioSacral system can lead to tension patterns, restrictions or affect the functioning of all bodily systems including the musculoskeletal, endocrine, cardio-respiratory, gastrointestinal, lymphatic, immune and reproductive systems.

Who can benefit from CST?

CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle and effective hands-on treatment for a variety of issues experienced by adults, as well as children in their infant, toddler and childhood years.
