The focus of Erin’s post-graduate study has been in CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger Institute), in which she is now one of the highest-level CranioSacral Therapy practitioners in Australia.
Erin has a special interest in an integrated approach to manual medicine. Particularly looking at the role of emotion and stress in chronic and complex pain and dysfunction. Her philosophy is one of facilitating the bodies own self-correcting mechanisms. Through this her clients gain awareness and understanding of their own bodies and psyches. Thus empowering them to be able to have an active and creative role in their own health and well-being.
